Artifact Champ Mods.
Resetting the artifact not only causes Artifact Anti-Champion mods to stop working, it causes the UI for anti-champion effects to stop appearing on the character screen.
Update: Anti-barrier sidearm piercing non-champion shields seems to be the actual issue, aside from the visual bug.

1 Respuestaif you run font of endurance and emergency reinforcement together on a exotic chest none of your artifact mods will work, ive just discovered this bug, only tested on my titan though
