Annual Pass Pre-order but locked Season Pass (Steam)
I purchased the Annual Pass by pre-order through Steam. I then set up cross-save (Xbox > Steam), and never logged into the game via Xbox. I logged into the game via Steam only. The pre-order items are there (Quicksilver Storm etc.) but the Season Pass is locked. This will probably lead to a lot of folks asking for refunds.
