I unlocked the deep explorer boots for my warlock using armor synthesis. The ornament is now no longer showing up in my customization menu nor does it show as an option to unlock it again. I have logged out and logged in, checked to make sure it shows in my armor collections section, and it shows everywhere else. I have the original piece still and it shows in my inventory. However, the universal ornament and the option to create a new one are both nonexistent.
