Bungie, you clearly don't understand something. Your network is garbage. A hot, steaming dumpster fire of a network, it seems. The thing that I love about this game is the solo stuff I can do, but I can't do that when all I see is "Attention, Contacting Destiny 2 Servers" OVER and OVER again. But, lo' and behold, I check my internet connection, and it is perfectly stable. I don't have 1GUpDown, but it's stable at around 100-150mb/s. More than enough to communicate with your servers, IF THEY CAN FUNCTION. But no, you'd punish me for your technical errors. It's RIGHT to punish a player for network manipulation. It's WRONG to punish a player for YOUR NETWORKS FAILURES. I want actual resolution for this, because now I don't want to play the game and get banned because of YOUR network. Edit: I fully expect people to send me threats and post "whine and cry" responses. Just know that YOU are what is wrong with the community. I also expect the mods and devs to do nothing about these issues because they're too busy trying to put more content into a game they took more than half of the content away from, but that doesn't leave time for fixing apparently. So this is the literal worst conditions my internet could be under. And two people are playing games with ZERO issues. Edit 3: People who say "abandon ship" are ALSO part of the problem. Get off this forum if you hate it here so much. Developers and communities need to communicate. These forums and threads, ticket systems, and social media are how we do that. I'm using it to try to point out a problem. Don't tell me to stop playing a game I enjoy just because you're bitter. I'm bitter, but thats why I say something, because I want to see this game improve and be what Bungie and the community hope and know it can be. And it won't improve if everyone says nothing and just abandons it's at the first sign of trouble. Edit 4: Despite an upgrade to my internet, multiple checks, tests, new hardware and software, Bungie's servers continue to be utter garbage, and people CONTINUE to get punished for their blatant bullshit. The only things people seem to be interested in on this forum are: arguing on Bungie's behalf despite overwhelming evidence, ban appeal plea posts, or "I'm a salty D1/D2Y1 player who can't move on." Any real issues are met with arguments or dismissed outright.
