Bungie ID
Looking to get some help if possible, I wanted to change my Bungie name but the website said I’ve used my “One name change” I honestly have no recollection of changing my name. I only changed it when it was initially prompted that steam IDs would not be used.

You're lucky you can't use your Steam ID because that name would likely get you banned, same for your PlayStation name. If Bungie ever gives us another name change, I highly recommend you don't ever use your platform names. https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Legal/CodeOfConduct
