Bungie ID
Looking to get some help if possible, I wanted to change my Bungie name but the website said I’ve used my “One name change” I honestly have no recollection of changing my name. I only changed it when it was initially prompted that steam IDs would not be used.

Something is seriously wrong with people that choose the type of steam platform names like yours. I am surprised steam has not banned your account. You are very fortunate someone changed your bungie name bc you would be just another guardian1234 that is banned in destiny.

Please keep in mind that any filtered names cannot be used, even if the suggested names list includes such a name because it's one of your platform IDs, so you must choose a different name if the one you want to use is not eligible to be used.

You're lucky you can't use your Steam ID because that name would likely get you banned, same for your PlayStation name. If Bungie ever gives us another name change, I highly recommend you don't ever use your platform names. https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Legal/CodeOfConduct -
Glad it didn't. Considering it probably would have gotten you banned.

At some point, either you or someone else on your account went in & changed it. As you name doesn’t match any linked account names that you currently have setup. So you are stuck as Samsung until such time (if ever) that Bungie allows more changes.
