Editado por Crisidelm: 1/30/2023 3:06:59 PMOpen an Elevated Command Prompt (so, as Administrator) and run DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and after that is complete run sfc /scannow Also, your video drivers are quite old
-
I ran both of the commands. I presume that when they were done, they just disappeared because there were no problems?
-
The command prompt window self-closed?
-
I saw that they started running. The window closed by itself, both of them.
-
You had to launch the first command, wait until it ended, then in the same window launch the second command. Not two concurrent windows.
-
That DISM command ran to 100%, and after that closed
-
That shouldn't happen...
-
I ran them in the order you told me, both separate
-
Video drivers updated, running that command now
