Rasputin will indulge her.
Using savvy style cunning.
He needs to lock the endless war away from base reality.

Rasputin isn't cunning. He's a conniving coward.

Editado por Astartes Marine: 1/30/2023 9:10:55 PMBut we're not dealing with Rasputin now are we? At least not the "original" Rasputin, what he is now is something more. Remember we used Felwinter's Ghost in his reconstruction so he's essentially a partial Felwinter with his memories and experiences. I think that Iron Lord part will be a great help, and a balancing tool to Rasputin to keep him grounded. That said I'd expect he'll figure out a solution. Remember on Mars to stop Nokris and Xol he essentially froze everything, he's no stranger to outside the box approaches and ideas.

I disagree completely.

Editado por Astartes Marine: 1/30/2023 9:13:46 PMI understand your position, I haven't forgotten how the old Rasputin acted both im-game and in lore, but I get the feeling this time it'll be different. I think Felwinter really was the key to balance out things. That said, I fully expect to scatter parts of him across the Skywatch should he betray us, as he did with that one team the Vanguard sent into his bunker on the Forgotten Shore years before.

Felwinter was as big of a coward as Rasputin and treason has always been his/their nature.

Editado por PKMN155: 1/30/2023 5:41:58 PMRasputin is an AI and will do whatever has the highest percentage success rate withing the parameters he is given
-
Aka, following in his creator's footsteps by running away & hiding like the coward he is. Just like he's done once already.
-
Well, essentially "he" will be a great many things.
-
No, he won't. He'll be neutralized and deservedly so.
-
No he won't...
-
Editado por Lightbringer: 1/30/2023 4:05:13 PMYes, he will. It's happened once already. Did you forget about that? He's a coward who is going to pay for his crimes just like the rest of humanity. Clovis Bray's alter ego isn't going to save anyone.
-
Haven't forgotten it. It's a literal step in the overall. I don't think he will use cunning or be a coward. The next step in all this will help us...well some...understand exactly the extent of SIVA's capabilities. And still no he won't.
-
Editado por Lightbringer: 1/30/2023 4:34:57 PMIt's interesting to see someone who named himself Architect Mind white knight for a Clovis Bray AI. What a gud little pawn you are. And yes, he will. Cowards don't change for the better; especially ones named Rasputin.
-
Cool. Nothing to do with Clovis Bray, sorry to burst that bubble. You're named after a tool, a tool of a being that knows so little of it's place in the universe, in the multiverse, in fractured time. Play your part...go punch something tool. Anyways, he won't...
-
Editado por Lightbringer: 1/30/2023 4:54:57 PMI'm well aware of my moniker and what it means. I'm also aware that I'm speaking with an insanely arrogant man who thinks he's smarter and more insightful than others when he isn't. I can see why you love Rasputin so much. You have a lot in common. And yes, he will.
-
No he won’t. May I remind you that Rasputin and Clovis don’t equate to the same entity? They are worlds apart in differences. One is an AI who has been taught music and other valuable info and has been given a Will of their own. The other is an AI who is selfish and dark, and worships the Darkness, seeing it as salvation to save humanity. Rasputin helps humanity, but works on the side of light. If it’s someone you want to insult, go insult Clovis. Rasputin learns from his mistakes. Clovis doesn’t. The end.
