Will definitely be avoiding the outrageous grinds in Lightfall

Literally every focus weapon change feels like too much grind for me to ever have time for. I work 60 hours a week and I'm lucky if I get to play 1 hour a night, sometimes 2 or 3 on weekends. The length of these grinds means I'll be lucky to see half the new loot by next expansion, which almost guarantees I fall entirely off the game as the fomo and the insurrmountable wall of materials piles up as weeks go by with little to no change to reflect my progress. Like, it takes 5 GM to get one adept focus weapon and I'm lucky if I get to do enough to gild my title, which only requires 6 (maybe 8, I'm not looking at the game currently, but 5 is still over half the amount I usually get to do in a season is my point.) I just hit rank 100 in the season last reset, and I havent even reset a single core game play rank (strike, crucible, gambit) THIS season and they want me to have to grind even more if I want the loot I actually want and not the thousands of bunk rolls? I know this season was short but still, no time, no way. Which sucks. As a player whos been here since vanilla, I feel like I'm in some way being abandoned for the sake of "time while in activity" counters that matter more to investors and background stats than they do to me. I want to enjoy my "time while in activity", not just because I'm going to hopefully, with fingers crossed and a goat sacrificed to be blessed by the rng gods, get a good focused roll after literal hours of unchanged 6+ years old grind, but because content I'm playing is actually enjoyable longterm as well.
