Forced evolution sounds like what Taking has been described as.
The rest needs to be taking cautiously. If it’s prior to SK, it may not apply.
Because Darkness was never about consciousness. That’s new, so older lore will conflict with this new direction.

I'm also the person that thinks all characters are just the imagination of a being that doesn't want the end of it's thought to not lead to it's beginning. It's why I think the end of lvd saga may actually be pretty anticlimactic, sure people are going to oppose it, beings want to be more defined than just a loose imagination..."I'm not robotic, I have my own thoughts, thoughts that someone else planted." Post lvd I think will be the sides legitimately chosen, the idea of good v bad basically gone. Maybe fight for essentially who controls reality, or just an endless war (what I want honestly, maybe that marathon-esqe 3rd person warzone/tarkov thingy they're making...something I've been begging for, combat to feel less tanky and spongy, get rid of numbers)(unleash AI) . . . Like the subminds for Rasputin, we have imaginative AI's, we have AI's that can write code...we take those segments and have them create missions based off current war situations (Intel gathering, recon, engagements...it sound redundant and patrol, but I'm thinking bigger scope)

Well, darkness was always amorphous to me, it wasn't given much of a definition...just that if it wanted to end you it would.
