As others pointed out he is more than likely alive.
Not 100% sure he is going to be on board with the Witness since it is using Scorn as disposable meat shields. He might be forced to do so. The WQ campaign suggested he had nothing to do with the Scorn forces in the Throne World though.
He doesn't know about Uldren yet I don't think. But if he is alive he will at some point...

And yes how will Fikrul feel about Uldran and if he still is loyal to him then maybe he will be helping us but I doubt it
