I am missing the Royalty emblem from the 10 carries on King's Fall reward. I had more than 10 carries before the deadline date. Yet it NEVER allowed me to claim the emblem. I did not know the cut off date was on the 31st or I would have attempted to contact support. But the only contact forms are for contest and purchased emblems and require a bunch of other info in order to even talk to someone regarding the issue. on top of that, they warn you that "false claims will result in ban". ??? I would like to get support on this issue but I have no means of getting support? I have checked my collections, I know for a fact I did 10 carries as I checked everyone's status that I carried and made sure they had not done the raid before.
