should you choose to accept it (seraph shield legend) error
I launched "operation: seraph's shield" for completing exotic catalyst quest, but after clearing it the quest does not proceed to next step. This problem already happened last week and I ignored it first time, but I cannot hold up to it anymore i'm tired of clearing it over and over again. There is game history of completing the activity, i'm sure of it. Plz make sure that i don't need to complete that again.

That will advance the quest to Step 6, which is to proceed and complete the mission. If your quest is not proceeding to the next step, that sounds like you may be completing the mission while still on step 5, without finding the required exo.
