It seems my old character from Destiny 1 on Xbox 360 was deleted
Hi there,
I tried to link my old Microsoft Xbox account to my Steam account since I remembered that I had a character on the Destiny 1 Xbox 360. But when I looked at it on the Cross Save page using my Microsoft email, it doesn't appear any character. So I would like to know if there's any issue with that account or if I can still use it since it was max level character from many years ago.

Please read through the article linked below, for information regarding the D1 to D2 character migration/import, which includes info for legacy consoles. As your Xbox account does not currently have any D2 data, it is correct that cross-save is showing no characters. As others have mentioned, cross-save is only for D2 data. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049199871 If you are asking about using your D1 characters to now play D2: Please note that Destiny 1 and Destiny 2 are separate games. No gear, exotics, progress, etc, carry over from D1 to D2. It is only the physical appearance of characters that carry forward, and some in-game dialogue may differ for veteran versus non-veteran characters. All characters start fresh in D2, regardless of whether that character was used to play the original Destiny or not.
