Missing Lauira Prime Emblem (cross save issue)
I was a D1 player that dropped the franchise shortly before wrath of the machine. Way back when I completed the year one triumphs, yet I'm missing my emblem now on D2. I've checked through my collections,[i] all of them[/i], but don't seem to have it (it'd be under general though, I think?).
From D1 to D2 I did jump platforms, PS4 to PC, it that matters.
I'm not sure how I can prove(?) it or go about getting assistance. It seems all the old destiny one trackers/companions are swapped to D2, bummer.
Any chance of getting this resolved? I really loved that thing :(

Hi there. D1 emblem rewards were granted to players who imported their D1 characters on the same account. You are currently accessing Steam characters through Cross Save, which means your PS4 characters and their Collections are inaccessible right now. Collections cannot be merged or transferred from one account to another.
