Well the lowest k/d someone can get is 0.0 and the highest is infinite but the average k/d is like around 1.5 k/d. I hope this helps 👍🏽

I thank you for your input, but in truth I would really love to get a hold of somebody with Bungie. I doubt I'll get that but I have an idea that'll probably blow their socks off
