Are Eliksni quarters' renovations so bad because the eliksni are a minority in the tower?
All those coins donated, yet the minorities of the tower get barebones effort and wooden benches? All under the guise of benevolence.

I only donated a few coins. I gave them like 7k spinmetal though. Which crap, I guess IS next to worthless now isn't it? Welp, donating isn't about the value of each individual donation, it's about the sum of the whole.
