Judging by this community, a "casual" is anyone who doesn't have decked out pvp stats regardless of their time played or accomplishments. You can have 300+ Solo GM completions, 1,000 of Master Raid completions, every seal completed, every gold rolled gun fully master worked, triple 100 stats on all your builds, hundreds of Flawless runs etc... but if you disagree with anyone regarding something in pvp and they stat check you and find out you didn't do so well in your last few games you're a no skill casual who gets carried by everyone, skill issue, meta crutch etc... This applies even if your stats are ever so slightly better than the person who disagrees with you too. They'll cherry pick other stats to make theirs seem better in comparison. Lol Casual to me is just someone who has a vested interest in the game but they just don't play that much. You can be fairly good at raiding, pvp, GMs etc and still be a casual. Destiny is a game you frequent but it's not your sole game. Maybe you go hard when a season drops and then maybe you only play for 1-2 hrs a day (or week) afterwards. Causal, Hardcore, sweatlord, try hard, skrub or noob, you're a Guardian nonetheless.
