I think it's fair to call it as 3, each one with a slight variation for storytelling purposes. Imagine if we could've played them on Master Difficulty and gotten Adept Opulence weapons, each with 2 perk 1 and perk 2 slots. Bungie has the keys to make rewarding content that will be worth returning to but it's like they have some kind of complex or problem with rewarding players out of some kind of irrational fear of in game imbalances.
