Looks like a homeless camp that someone put stairs in. Put some pretty plants in. Paid the leader to speak fancy words, to make things look better than they are. All the while, the rich get favors off to the side. How accurate to how the U.S. treats its refugees, and homeless. Well done bungie 🤣🤣🤣
