Are Eliksni quarters' renovations so bad because the eliksni are a minority in the tower?
All those coins donated, yet the minorities of the tower get barebones effort and wooden benches? All under the guise of benevolence.
Is this some kind of allegory to real life? Or Bungie, are you showing us how you truly feel?

What were people expecting? A castle to be built? Gold lined tapestries and Crystal chandeliers? A landscaping makeover? They created housing. Put together a social area to bring their community together with the test of the tower. They're forming community leaders to govern themselves. I mean...I know there's people that berate Bungie for anything they try to do but I think people are being a bit dramatic.
