The expansion is going to be more of the same. Bungies revealed its true colors - greed.
It will be another short campaign with a small destination and the rest will be part of seasonal content where players falsely assume there's more to the DLC.
Throw in a recycled raid that many of us already paid for 6 years ago for "fan service" and Bungie rakes in the dough while doing as little as possible.

KF is a free raid along with VoG. You can make a new account, go through the intro and see that you’re able to do it. The next reprised raid will more than likely follow.
Throw in a recycled raid that many of us already paid for 6 years ago for "fan service" and Bungie rakes in the dough while doing as little as possible.
Did you bother reading what I posted? I'm well aware it's an old raid being reprised, as I stated. Doesn't change the fact it's a recycled raid we already paid for instead of new content. Bungie doesn't do anything for free, they just increase prices.
-
All I stated was it was free They already told you when your “new” content is coming out: Lightfall. The layout is there, whether you accept it or not. It’s recycled content until the next expansion. I bought every dlc in Destiny and I’m not complaining we get to have all the nostalgic raids. You look at 3 years worth of a trend and expect different results for whatever reason. The original staff is gone, we have the newer generation of Bungie employees and they’re lazy.
-
It's not free if it's already paid for and funded... I completely agree with current Bungie staff being lazy.

Editado por XxMajestrosxX: 11/26/2022 11:38:12 PMIt’s free to new players. As mentioned before, a new light with nothing experienced has access to this raid. You paid for the old version just as I did, they didn’t have to actually give these raids back. They chose to do so and it did bring in people. KF was my favorite raid and now, without my buddy having to buy it and go play on D1, we can do it together. Given the games are two separate entities, you contributed to the original price that doesn’t apply here. Somebody who skipped out on TTK got KF for free, ergo the raids are free. If you’re trying to apply the cost of funding production the raid, there’s a cost for everything.
-
Free is a misnomer. The raid was already funded and paid for. They built the cheap cost of porting these raids into the increased cost of DLC, the cost of the seasons, and now charging seperately for dungeons. Nothing is free in this game, they just charge more money and give the player less and less every year. Free is a hype word to hook the gullible.
-
You’re contradicting yourself. You can do reprised raids WITH NO BOUGHT CONTENT So regardless of whether you pay for it, it was free to the consumer who does not pay for it. It wasn’t free to you But it’s free to the new lights who do not buy seasons. To the consumer, it is free content.
-
Umm, do you know what contradiction means? You should re-read what I typed as I explained it all. Not a hard thing to grasp or understand.
-
You have a horrific understanding of how downloading something and not paying for it could be possible. The facts are there, find them. It didn’t charge the production cost to the consumer who doesn’t pay anything. All you’re implying is that “it deviates funds from the content I could’ve gotten that I actually paid for” Which implies that you didn’t care to read the terms of what you bought. Which also tells me you don’t care about what they do, just that it won’t be enough.
-
Tell me you're a child and your parents pay for everything without telling me you're a child and your parents pay for everything.
-
All about the pride for you. Unsurprising. Clinging to any cost for something you can do you can complain. Eventually you’ll learn, but you aren’t my kid so I don’t care.
-
You have a false understanding of how the world works, but keep projecting with the pride comment.
-
Forum politics at its finest.
-
I suppose you think energy and water is free too, huh? No ones paying those bills.......
-
And breathing ticks the limited cell divisions we all have, now doesn’t it.
-
And now your deflecting and projecting.
-
I just understand that there will be people who disagree. Sometimes it’s best to just walk away before you get dragged into the stupidity. If you feel the need to sit here and continue beating a dead horse, you have all the time in the world.
-
No continue with your meaningless and misguided responses.
-
Your describing yourself. Pay attention to what's being discussed. BUNGIE does NOT do anything for FREE. They've built in costs and charged for this content previously. BUNGIE. DOES. NOT. DO. ANYTHING. FOR. FREE. Is that clear enough, or do you want to double down on the ignorant responses?
-
I’m going to get some sleep kiddo, I have a life to go live. Enjoy clinging to your ridiculous love for one definition.
-
You mean sit on the couch while your parent pay for everything?
-
What counts as short to you? 150 steps per quest, of which there are five?
-
Editado por Pilotslover: 11/27/2022 12:18:12 PMThe number of tedious quest steps is irrelevant, it's about time played and how much you enjoy it. Look at last season, we had a week where we had to walk across the map to look at a corpse with one line of dialogue which basically amounted to 'oh look, a corpse'. Or how about the totally pointless second Caiatl week? She'd already told fake Ghaul to stick it, the second week was pointless. Neither of these things took any real amount of time.
-
A week is an amount of time
-
Actual play time to do a quest step is about 10-20 minutes, that's nothing.
