To everyone who is still undecided about buying Lightfall, I'd say wait.
Let all the die-hards play test it for you for a few months to really find out how many bugs and exploits there are. Once all the busted crap is patched, then buy it.
All I know is they couldn't get a Halloween Event and a Community Event with minimal complexity out without serious bugs that could have easily been found and fixed before release. This is back to back.
If Bungie has become this bad at quality control, I have my doubts about Lightfall.

That y'all are just NOW figuring out how bad the game has become.

When I came back after a long break I tried to be fair but now I'm just as frustrated as everyone else and for me it happened in record time. It usually takes me 3 seasons or so to go into "WTF mode". It's pretty obvious that there are people in Bungie that don't belong there anymore and need to be fired. Way to many bad decisions, painfully slow response to known issues, if any, inability to balance things, lazy seasonal content and forgettable storytelling, ect. Personally, I think most of the Leads need to be replaced. Usually when you see a bad operation, senior management is usually the cause because of complacency and lack of oversight.

Imo, bottom line is Bungie doesn't deserve the diehard, dedicated community it has. The lack of care is palpable. I can understand some quality control mishaps, but this feels deeper. It feels like Bungie just doesn't care at all anymore.

Yep already waiting to get it on sale. Plan to get it hopefully day 1 discounted like I did MW2.

Ah... One is a campaign that will be good. Play-tested and created by actual Bungie developers... The other, the not-so-live team.

I know. I remember them saying it was the same team for Witchqueen campaign, and I got excited.
