What RurouniDante said is correct. You correctly have your accounts hidden from the public. The screenshot above is what I see when I look at your Bungie.net account. Only you can see your platform accounts. -

It would appear, then, that I am a fool - I'd previously checked this by opening my profile in a private window, and at that time, it showed my linked accounts. Must've changed at some point, and I just assumed it hadn't fixed itself!
