Celestial Fire's scorch effect doesn't register as a melee ability

I'm not sure where to put this, but this forum is where I've been directed to to submit a bug report. I apologise if this isn't appropriate. Test: The warlock exotic Sunbracers will grant unlimited Solar Grenade energy for a short period after a kill with any solar melee ability. Expected outcome: Enemies that die from a scorch effect which started from a melee ability should trigger the "melee ability kill" condition for Sunbracers. Result: Incinerator Snap's projectile and resulting scorch effects, as well as Celestial Fire's projectile and explosions, can trigger the Sunbracers exotic. However, enemies that die from Celestial Fire's applied scorch effect do not trigger the desired effect. Note: In the video clip I've submitted, in order, I demonstrate an enemy being killed by Incinerator Snap's applied scorch effect, which charges the Sunbracers. Then an enemy dying to Celestial Fire's regular projectile and explosion which charges the Sunbracers. Then 3 instances of an enemy dying to Celestial Fire's scorch effect in an isolated situation which does not charge the Sunbracers. And finally an example of regular gameplay where a melee ability is used to kill an enemy with the intent to trigger Sunbracers, which fails.
