I cannot get the last 3 stasis fragments from the Exo Stranger as I have no memory fragments and she is not offering any quests. I have not done any quests for months with these so its not the 2 per week limit. The quest is not abandoned in my past quest kiosk. I have finished the campaign of beyond light a long time ago. For the moment I am simply left with no path forward and missing 3 fragments. Any ideas how to fix? I have been looking into this issue and it seems many people are having this problem with NO response from bungie.
