You would need to work with the Bungie Store Customer Support team on this further, as they are the only ones who can assist with this.
If you already submitted a support request, you should have received an email stating that your request has been received. They will continue to work with you over email. Please make sure that the domain the email is being sent from is in your safe senders list.

Ho thanks for the reply, I have sent them the email but they just say they are working on it and they will get back to me but this from day one of the light fall release til now and they haven't get back to me.
