They were slept on. Hence why they were buffed lol. Will be awhile until that gets adjusted unless folks rally behind using nothing but it in pvp to prove a point.

Tbf the hit registration was so bad especially on console it makes sense why nobody used it, a lot of the time direct hits wouldn't even register so nobody could even get to utilize the power of em.
