This issue will be better addressed when we voice it out in a calm and respectful manner. I will also say that Bungie has yet to acknowledge the issue or say they are aware of it. it's one of the worries that those of us who are affected have, which is why we need to keep asking about the issue and keep the conversation going. it's not simply about not being able to play the game, but the amount some people spent on their pre-orders. one person bought the collectors edition and is having this issue. while they could ask for a refund, fixing the issue, it also means losing out on getting the edition they want by the time the problem is fixed, which for them is not ideal. it would be nice if at the very least the problem has been acknowledged and it will be among the top priority fixes for the season. I will keep asking about the issue on the forums here, Reddit and twitter. this is not a small issue mind you. while it seems like not a big deal for now, what if say final shape experiences the same issue, not just on PS4, but other platforms as well and on a wider scale. that is why this issue needs to be taken care off asap, so that it can be taken as a lesson to keep an eye out for something this happening again. if anyone else has experienced this, please tweet out at bungie help, community managers, make a post on the forums or reddit, but do so in a respectful and courteous manner. Let us hope this gets addressed soon folks. update 1: we have now come to the weekend and more and more people have the same issue or started having the crashes after buying the newest seasonal silver bundle pack. Most of Bungie's staff and community managers won't be working over the weekend and we may not hear much till Monday. that being said, at least there are some good news; the fact that the reddit post is starting to get a few upvotes means its getting traction there and with this post going past the 10 upvote mark, means the knowledge is getting traction here as well. i would also like to thank the folks upvoting this for awareness even though they are experiencing the issue themselves. So with hope, Bungie will soon catch onto this, look into it and acknowledge it. That's the part thats most frustrating so far, the fact they haven't said anything about this, has to mean that they are not aware of the issue or think it has something to do with the platform itself.
