Error Code Broccoli.... Again

Hello, So I have been here before, submitting Error code Broccoli. But this was the same day Witch Queen released. Now I do not understand why I am getting this error. I have tried just about every fix I can imagine. I get the code randomly, there are no specific times when I get it. I can get it 2 minutes into playing or 10 minutes into playing. [b]Fixes I have tried:[/b] - Checking for updates for graphics driver (no update). Reinstalling driver. - Reinstalling Destiny 2. - Moving Destiny 2 to 3 different SSD's. - Validating game files. - Capped FPS. - NVIDIA experience optimizing. - Roll back driver. - Capped Vsync. - Debug mode. [b]Specs:[/b] NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Intel Core i9 11900k Kingston HyperX Fury RGB 32GB (2x16GB) 3600MHz -blam!- DDR4 ASUS ROG Maximus XIII Hero [i]I am confident it isn't my hardware.[/i] Even after all that it still happens. I do not know if this is a Bungie issue or on my end but with this being the second time it has happened I can help but feel it is me. P.S I did have a massive break after completing Witch Queen campaign so I do not know if it would've been happening in between then. Also I am using Steam.
