Hello bungie I will get right into it. Today morning my time 8/25/2022 I was playing Destiny 2 with friends and everything was fine. Electrecity went down for couple of hours and after I logged in after hours I found that I have lost all my characters and lost all my weapons(stuff) in my vault. The only character i see is just Warlock 1355. it was really weird and frustrating that I couldnt be able to recover what I lost. Keep in mind that I checked game history and stuff for privacy I see no one logged in my account so clearly I am not getting hacked and someone deleted my characters etc. Something is wrong with my account and I couldnt be able to find the right place to contact the Customer Support so I made this thread I wanna know what was the cause of the lost progress that I have lost. - Lost Characters - Lost legendary shards - Some of my items in my inventory are missing and some of them are still there. What is more weird is I have 3 stacks of Enhancement core (1 stack is 999 and 2 stacks arent even max they're separated, enhancement core never separate they only separate when they hit Max 999.
