Nothing for them to help with. It was very clearly stated that this is a one time change. However, it’s likely that this name breaks the code of conduct & will likely be defaulted to guardian.

There was no pop up window when i went to change it stating that it would only be one time, and because of my memory problem, i had no recollection about it being stated as a one time thing. Like i wrote above, i'm asking for a ninja or bungie rep to talk to me about this situation to see what can be done if anything. If not that's all there is too it.

The only thing that can (and will) happen it's your name forcefully defaulted to Guardian1234 (random numbers). That's all you can shoot for

Irrelevant of your memory problem. It’s a one time change. Nothing can/will be done…unless Bungie decides your current name breaks policy. They won’t give you a second change at this time. Maybe in the future we will have another.
