It's been YEARS since D2 became a PC game. Though I understand the complications of adapting a console game to PC, the fact that after playing for a short amount of time nullifies the ability to change PC key binds, is ridiculous! I've never ever experienced this in any other game. This is detrimental to your player base because if I want to adjust a key binds to suit my playstyle to fit the MULTIPLE game types the game offers, but cannot because it is, for lack of a better term, frozen, my clanmates/PUGS have to wait for me to reload the game from scratch. From the outside perspective, it seems like a simple fix. Though, due to its persistence, maybe it's not. I understand priorities lie with creating engaging content and well told stories, which you do beautifully, but none of that matters to a gamer if your game is frustrating AF to play! PLEASE take this seriously. I know many new gamers who've wanted to try D2 but delete it within the week of installing because something this BASIC hasn't been addressed. All other players who feel the same, please support this post. Thank you
