[Bug] Exotic Cipher does not get send to postmaster
If the inventory is full handing in the Exotic Cipher quest with Xur does not send the item to the postmaster. Instead it just disappears, even if there is non from previous quest in the inventory. Other quest items which are found in the inventory, do get send there.
