Personally, I think it's fine the way it is. I rather have people focusing on the activity at hand instead of messing around with the emote wheel.

Hello again, I don't disagree that we don't need improvements to how emotes are accessed, but I feel this isn't important. Changing gear within a match is a lot more helpful than emotes which have no real use. Would it be nice to have? Sure. Is it important to the game right now? No. Maybe they could add improvements to emotes and other outdated features when we reach the final expansion (Lightfall).
