Vault of Glass Raid Jacket

I still don't have mine and haven't gotten an update email since March. I'm starting to get worried at this point. All I have to go off of is the Store's shipping update graphic, but the Jacket's been removed from the list: My order has been "processing" for the better part of a year and I don't know what to do. I haven't been spamming customer service, but over the course of the time I've been waiting, they have yet to answer one of my three emails. I just sent another one today in a bit of a panic. What else can I do (hoping the answer isn't nothing)?
