This post concerns three shaders which appear to have texture problems.
The first is the shader Coppertone Patina, which appears to have a placeholder texture on the copper and silver colored portions when it is applied to armor. The placeholder texture is an alternating grid of perfect squares, as demonstrated in the linked images. On weapons, Coppertone Patina's copper texture does not match the shader's thumbnail, though it is unclear whether this is intentional or not.
The second is the shader Jacarina, which appears to have the same placeholder texture on the main black portions (slightly lighter than the grip color portions) when it is applied to weapons. The pattern is much more noticeable. The pattern does not appear on armor with Jacarina applied.
The third is the shader Dead Zone Bark, which appears to have a broken reflective texture. It causes blocky stripes to appear on weapons on portions that are reflecting a light source. This does not occur on armor.

Bumping for visibility + update. I have identified that the Jacarina shader has the same issue on ghost shells, and that the Dead Zone Bark shader has the same issue on ships. None of the shaders have any issues on Sparrows. Linked is images demonstrating the issue.
