I called it mediocre before and I've been hunting for a Borrowed Time roll that should be better on paper, but compared to said Gambit SMG, this SMG does boast some more favorable base stats. If you want it to have the best vertical recoil you can get on it, all you have to do is put a Counterbalance Stock mod on it and that's it. The base recoil and bounce intensity is already that good. That means you can really afford to focus more on range for this weapon instead of other stats but also having extra stability still wouldn't hurt. I have to say, I feel pretty spoiled getting a good masterworked drop from the first ceremony reward. And now that it's actually dropping and NOT bugged, I really don't have anything bad to say about the SMG or farming for it as it seems to be dropping a lot. And the event is still a good opportunity to farm bright dust... But I still want the other bugs squashed that I've been waiting on for months. For my sanity while playing this game, I want to see when someone is aiming a sniper at me on Xbox. Etc.
