I think Mods themselves need to be changed a bit

As i was build crafting my new idea, Void titan Grenadier, (New to me not the rest of the world) i found that completing the build was difficult considering how mods are locked to certain slots, while also keeping within 10 energy. Sacrificing orbs of power generation (damn you masterwork changes) for ammo finding, sacrificing a sat increase to increase grenade regen on stasis armor, etc. It became more difficult to make it work without sacrificing something to lessen the overall power of the build. (I know artifice armor is a thing, but since it currently stands at 1590, and I'm at 1560, I'm asking this to all players both new and old.) So I ask you all this, Besides the first slot (The stat buff slot), Would you enjoy having free range on the rest of the mods slots in your armor? Mind you keeping armor slot requirements,(or getting rid of them and making your pants stun champs) and energy requirments, but allowing you to equip whatever you want into each slot. My current little build testing only seemed to, to my knowledge, not cause any breaks or overpowered combinations if this change were to occur. Initial ideas (E=Energy) were for the head slot, +1E stat Increase, +3E Ammo finder, +3E Grenade Elemental ordanceX2. this change would make it so the second slot in your armor feels worthwhile and also changeable in case you wished to go into pvp and carry both shotgun/sniper ammo reserves or something. It's just, to me, sucks that while fighting what armor slot your using, you have to fight the energy type of the armor, the slots left, and the cap of 10 energy, and would love to see this change come into effect to change the game into a true build a character RPG, how you want it. And for coding, for the developers, would be to simply change all mod tags to be equipped in the last slot, (Artifact/well/Ras/etc) and then change the armor slots to be all of that slot besides the first TLDR: Change mod slots on armor to allow any mod besides the initial stat increase Slot
