Did you see my screenshot? The latest patch note says bungie added a one-time purchase of two Ascendant Alloys for the cost of one which players can buy TODAY. Why would I have to wait for next weekly reset?

Yes the one time purchase is today but because it’s something that refreshes at the weekly reset, it should work fine from the weekly reset. I am following this tweet from one of the Community Managers: https://twitter.com/dirtyeffinhippy/status/1501718242405937152?s=21

Yes, I've restarted my computer. My inventory still got spaces for Ascendant Alloy and yet I couldn't get both the sell and free Ascendant Alloys from Rahool.
