Beyond Light + Season Pass
I have purchased a Steam key (from a trusted and popular store, yes) for Beyond Light + Season Pass. The description says that the current season pass should be activated, if I understand it correctly. But upon logging in, the season pass is not activated. I tried restarting the game, I tried logging out of Steam and restarting it, but to no avail. Is it no longer possible to get the season activated?

Hey, Unfortunately the seasons that are included in this bundle are only ones that were active when Beyond Light was the most recent expansion (Season 12-15), now that Witch Queen has released and we are in Season 16 you will not longer get access to the Season included. All platforms have made this bundle unavailable so it appears that the store you got the key from was still advertising it even though the bundle was not valid. You will need to contact the retailer you purchased it from if you wish to proceed with any refunds, you will be subject to their refund policy.
