Widespread "Error Code: BEAVER" issues in DESTINY on PlayStation

Dear Bungie, since the launch of The Witch Queen expansion, DESTINY 1 has become virtually impossible to play, as any instance that involves connecting to another player has a very high likelihood of throwing up a "Error Code: BEAVER". I could earlier play DESTINY 1 on the same console without any regular issues, and I am not encountering any network-related issues with any other games or applications. The troubleshooting steps at " [url]https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049195651-Error-Code-BEAVER[/url] " do not help, as the problem does not appear to be on the player side. It is almost impossible to enter a social space such as the Tower at the current time without being 'removed from the game world'. Can this issue please be looked into?
