Suppressive Darkness not Working
When suppressing targets (at least utilizing warmind cells + cellular suppression), they are not properly weakened with the Suppressive Darkness mod. I have tried this on all types of enemies, but I can't get weakness to apply even though they are showing that they are suppressed.
