I've been having this issue since around a year or two ago, not only does it say I can't connect but it disconnects me from my wifi as well, it doesn't do this with any other game. I've also turned off firewalls and adjusted my router settings to match it. I've done what the article suggests and more, so if anyone knows what's happening or has any suggestions, please, let me know.
