HDR has been working flawlessly since my return to the game after a couple years absence. For at least 2 months now. I play on PC. A couple of days ago, D2 launched with no HDR, and the option is greyed out. After some googling, i have tried these things: Connecting to a non HDR monitor, setting brightness settings to 3 and 4, relaunch D2. Close D2, plug in HDR monitor, launch D2 again, try to enable HDR - BUT, i cant enable it, because the option is off / greyed out completely once more. I have completely uninstalled / reinstalled the game. I made sure not a trace of it was left. I removed all files from steam and those left behind in the AppData folder in Windows. I have checked for graphics driver / windows updates. I rolled back the most recent graphics driver / windows updates just to see if that had something to do with it - it didn't. I tested HDR with other games - works as it always has / should. It is literally just destiny 2 that is having the issue. Which is SUPER annoying. My buddies finally talked my into buying beyond light, plus seasons 12-16, and the 30th anniversary pack. This happened like a day after buying all that. From what I can tell it didn't download anything additional anyways, but who knows. I am beyond frustrated at this point lol. Just spent the money and bailed on warzone as it is a glitchy mess these days. Playing in SDR is not an option / fix in my opinion. The game looks terrible in SDR on my TV that is set up for HDR. I've been playing with this for 2 days on my own and have tried to find another situation in this forum that is like this, but the only ones I see are pushing the "3-4 brightness / other monitor" stuff. Anyone have any ideas? It would be much appreciated. EDIT: Also i have tried toggling back / forth between full screen and windows, etc. Changing resolution from 4k to 1080p also does nothing. EDIT 2: Updated to beta version of graphics drivers from AMD after completely removing the old ones with display driver uninstaller. Still a no go. I give up until after a nap >,<
