Hello please help me, I saw a nice build using diamond lance, so I wanted do unlock this "Aspect" for myself. I couldn't find the quest in my Inventory, so I tried to find it via the console in the tower. It wasn't there so I decided to complete the whole "Way of the splicer" Questline, hoping the stranger would give it to me. Sadly that's not the case ... I do have all the other Aspects though so I should be able to unlock it right? Thanks in advance.
