I wanted to activate Cross save and choose my Steam characters as main characters. It was confirmed every time but when i went to view setup it was not accepted. as a curiosity i tried to select the playstation characters as main characters. unfortunately this worked. now i have to deactivate cross save. it does not work. there is always an error message after i enter my user name manually. Error Number 3216 (see link) it says: "one or more of your accounts have not been authenticated. please go back to the Cross save account verification step and log in with your accounts before you attemp to change your cross save status" so something is wrong with the verification. I also tried the main settings of bungie. unfortunately it doesn't work. it says that I have to deactivate cross save first. Please someone help me I am desperate. I have solved a ban ticket at Bungie. I think they will not get back to me because it has nothing to do with ban. thank you for your help.
