Presage still bugged - no Dead Man's Tale for 2nd and 3rd char
Presage is still bugged. I do not get Dead Man's Tale on the characters that didn't do the initial quest (beginning with picking up the distress call in the Arm's Dealer Strike). The distress signal isn't there for my other characters, and there is also no related quest for them to pick up at the quest archives.
"Quality" Bungie style as usual.
