This was such a beautiful read, thank you so much for sharing. I've had a similiar experience with this and D2 has helped me through some truly horrific times, it's always nice to see other Guardians seeing a light in a new adventure (pun intended?). I'm glad you are doing better, keep fighting <3
They read stories, but not feedback. I see
I’m also new, so this is my first forum post as a CM :) We always listen to feedback and take it back. Not everything can be talked about, not everything can be implemented, but we listen and we care far more than you’ll ever know. I hope there comes a time where something is said or done that makes you feel heard, we are a community, it’s the Destiny fam 💜

No, they read it, but they dont always respond. If you want to know why, consider your behaviour here; taking cheap shots on a post like this. I've been around the block a few times on the internet so its not often I physically cringe at anything I read nowadays, but you managed it with that post.

They literally spoke up about the trials matchmaking failure within a week! Just because they don't pander to you doesn't mean they're not listening

Talk to us , keep us updated , answer what you can… and please , please , please comunícate as much as possible….. haven’t seen one of you in awhile…. And two to three times in a month is not good for community managers in their own forums ( I know you guys are active on Twitter and etc)… keep fighting the fight.
