Fully aware they are separate. Also aware of long times for customer service response. I have been patient for over 6 weeks now. Also this is something I paid for and can't even seem to get a response from. Customer service is different than the return system... which they are also ignoring.

Unfortunately, other than recommending you submit another ticket, there is nothing the forums can do to assist you.

For game support yes. For store support they do not look at the forums. For all intents and purposes they are 2 different companies

So what should we do then? I have tried to contact them 5 times since August. And they are still not looking at that, let alone answered one of my attempts to contact them.
